Kirsty Murphy joined AFG in 2008 having previously worked in the private and 3rd sector, for large construction firms as well as small community interest companies.
Kirsty is strategic leader of multidisciplinary teams who is also a qualified Human Resources professional. Kirsty has a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering multimillion pound transformational projects.
Kirsty has played a significant role in the growth and development of the charity and it’s people over her time at AFG. She took on the role of Chief Operating Officer in February 2020 and is excited to be part of AFG’s continued growth and development in this broader role.
