Support Worker roles

You don’t need any prior experience to be a support worker at AFG, because our award-winning training team provide all the guidance you need throughout your career, with opportunities to complete the Care Certificate and Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. All we ask is that you share our values and our commitment to providing amazing care to the people we support.
