Our community outreach offer

Our community outreach services offer support to people who require less than 24-hour support in their own homes.

We offer flexible support packages with as much or as little support as needed, whether that’s a few hours a day or week for things like shopping or help with tasks around the house, or an intensive period to work towards a specific goal.

Meet Craig

Craig is one of the people we provide community outreach support for on behalf of Wirral Council. This year Craig went on his first trip to Benidorm with his Support Worker Beth:

“My dream was to go away to Benidorm. I have wanted to visit for a very long time. My Support Worker Beth helped to plan and arrange it and make my dream a reality.

She thought of every single thing, from the trip to the airport to getting through security, making the whole experience less daunting and stress free.

She made sure I was happy the whole holiday, did things I wanted and showed me places I wouldn’t have been able to a visit or see without her. I am thankful I have the best Support Worker in town.”
