Lee had a 35 year professional career in the insurance industry operating for much of that time in commercial and financial roles at Executive level in businesses including RSA, MORE TH>N, Tesco Bank and Co-Operative Insurance. He retired in January 2022 with his last role being CEO of The Military Mutual.
He has previously held a Trustee role at the Royal Insurance Group Pension Scheme and is currently Chair of Chapter Mental Health, a small local mental health charity based in Ellesmere Port, near where he is based on The Wirral.
