Complex Clinical Care
Our clinically led nursing team is dedicated to delivering truly personalised support. Through collaborative, holistic assessments, we build on each person’s strengths and goals to create a supportive and empowering environment with as few restrictions as possible.
Every member of the individual’s support team will undergo comprehensive training and assessment so they are skilled and confident in supporting individuals with diverse complex needs, such as spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and acute respiratory conditions.

Autism Support
We offer individuals with an autistic profile a full assessment and ongoing support in areas such as structure and routine, sensory needs, communication and environmental factors.
The person supported is at the centre of their initial assessment, as well as other professionals and people closest to them.
Our specialists will then develop and deliver bespoke autism training to embed a deep understanding of the personalised ways in which support needs to be provided.
Positive Behaviour Support
Our experienced Positive Behaviour Support team offer ongoing practical support and oversight, working closely with the individuals supported and their teams.
Through a hands-on and proactive approach, we strive to to improve quality of life and promote independence through taking positive risks, so the individuals we support can access the same opportunities as everyone else.
